Greetings from the Grant Office!

 

Thanks for your enthusiasm in making our recent conference a success.  Hope your year is going well.  We are in the process of closing our office, but have several things still to be done prior to the end of the year, including closing out your recent orders.

INVOICES

I know some of you are getting close to having all your materials.  Remember NO BACKORDERS and NO FURTHER Replacements at this point.  ALL orders have now gone out from the district.

 

When you receive ALL OF YOUR INVOICES, please:

  1. Be certain that your name is on  EACH invoice

  2. mark that they have been received, sign and date EACH

  3. make a COPY for yourself

  4. mail them to me at:
