Equipment Loan

Faculty and administrative staff of Southeast Missouri State University can reserve and check-out equipment for one day to one week unless other special arrangements are made.

To reserve equipment, please call the CSTL office (x2298) at least two weeks in advance of your function to be sure the item you need is available.

If you are unfamiliar with the equipment you want to borrow, please call the CSTL secretary to schedule an appointment for training. Training should be completed two or more days before checking out the equipment.

All equipment and accessories are inventoried before and after use to make sure all items are included.

If an item is missing, the borrower’s department or office is responsible for covering the cost of replacement.
