CSTL Support for Students

This page is intended for use by students at Southeast having problems with Web-supported classes. 

Please note that we will only answer questions related to the access and use of instructional pages hosted on the CSTL servers.  All other questions should be directed to Computer Services.

Questions on the following subjects must be submitted directly to your instructor:

  • Report broken links
  • Report errors when loading a page (except when it's related to testing, gradebook, discussions or calendar software)
  • Username and password not working/cannot log on to a course web site
  • Changing password or email address
