This workshop will cover the steps necessary to reuse an OIS class after the semester is over and a new one is about to start.  The basic steps to reuse a class are:

• Archive the old (current) OIS data;
• Delete the old students and related data;
• Add the new class information to Manager; and
• Change dates and times where needed.
