Mission Statement
The VICTORY Program at Southeast Missouri State University promotes awareness of the realities of dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. The program also provides education and training for students, faculty and staff concerning these topics. Additionally, the program serves as a resource for victims and as a liaison between university departments and local resource groups.
