Feeling swamped? There are a number of Southeast professional staff and support services prepared to support you!
In any given campus situation, the IT Help Desk will maintain continuous support for the Southeast community. Staff
are available to help you and students with essential access to campus-wide tools and access. IT also supplies
various instructional materials and guidesheets for all services offered to Southeast students, faculty, and staff.

Center for Scholarship in Teaching and Learning (CSTL)
The CSTL team assists faculty with any Moodle issues, teaching questions and challenges, and general course
management advice. Instructional designers assist faculty in making effective and accessible choices regarding
content themes, instructional technology integrations, organizational structure, and activity and assessment
selection. In the event of an emergency campus closure, designers will continue to provide virtual support for
moving teaching into the online format quickly and simply.
Additionally, CSTL technicians provide services such as:
- Navigating Moodle
- Managing courses and sections
- Managing enrollments
- Creating Moodle organizational spaces
- Using Zoom
